Which size fits my pet?

Are your products waterproof?

Our fabric and textile-based products are not waterproof. Leather-based products can be used in wet conditions, but we do not recommend submerging them in water for extended periods. To maintain the quality and longevity of your collar, it’s best to avoid excessive exposure to moisture.

How much is shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on all Australian domestic orders. For international shipping rates, please refer to our shipping policy at checkout or contact our customer service team for more details.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Normally we ship within 48 hours during business days. We ship via Sendle. Depending on where you live Regular Post is 3-5 working days. If you cannot track your package via the link we send you, please contact our Customer Support immediately.

What if my collar does not fit?

If the collar doesn’t fit your pet properly, we offer a free consultation to assist with finding the correct size. You can also return the collar within 30 days (in unused condition) for an exchange.
