Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
All orders within Australia are shipped at no cost. While we strive to provide accurate lead times and make every reasonable effort to ensure your items arrive by the specified delivery date, please note that our lead times and delivery dates are merely estimates. These may change, especially due to supply chain challenges beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages and Defective items:
All returns of defective items will be managed as per the Belle Collar Terms and Conditions. It is essential for you to inspect the items for any defects promptly upon receipt. Should you find any defects, please report them to the Bella Collar Support Team, using the contact information provided in this Contact Us Page.

Beyond the rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or the Bella Collar Terms and Conditions, we hold no responsibility for any defective items unless you inform us with complete details and a description within a reasonable timeframe from the delivery date, during which identifying or noticing such defects would be expected. Failure to notify us within this reasonable period will be considered as your acceptance of the items.
